摘要：便秘是危害人们身心健康的病症之一。老年人因生理机能衰退如肠蠕动减慢、咀嚼困难、饮食失调、体弱多病而活动受限等易患便秘。老年人以慢性功能性便秘多见，功能性便秘则指非器质性或药物因素所致的便秘。常表现为排便次数一周内少于3-5次，大便量少、硬，排出困难。便秘给老年人带来很大的痛苦，由于粪便在体内停留时间过久，肠内细菌的分解、发酵和腐败产生毒素，患者不仅有腹胀不适、食欲不振、肛门坠胀、心烦失眠等亚健康症状，严重便秘的老年人还可发生粪便嵌顿、痔疮、肛裂，甚至诱发心绞痛和脑血管意外，从而危及其健康和生命，损害其生活质量。所以对于慢性功能性便秘，养成良好的生活习惯是最有效治疗的方法。

    Abstract：The constipation is harms one of people physical and moral integrity illness.Because the senior citizen the physiological function declines like the intestines creeping motion slow-down,the mastication difficulty,the unbalanced diet,valetudinarianism moves is limited and so on easily the constipation.The senior citizen sees by the chronic functionality constipation,the functionality constipation refers to the non-organic or the medicine factor result constipation.Often displays for a bowel movement number of times week in is short in 3-5 time,the bowel movement quantity are few,is hard,discharges difficultly.The constipation brings the very big pain to the senior citizen,not only as a result of the excrement in vivo resident time long time,in the intestines the bacterium decomposition,the fermentation and the corrupt toxigenic,the patient has the distension of the abdomen ill,has a poor appetite,the anus falls zhang,loses sleep annoyed and so on the Asian healthy symptoms,the serious constipation senior citizen also may have the excrement to inlay,hemorrhoids,the anal fissure,even induces the angina pectoris and the blood vessel of brain accident,thus the danger and the health and the life,harm its quality of life.Therefore regarding the chronic functionality constipation,fosters the good habits and customs is the most effective treatment method. ......
