摘要：随着护理学的发展,对护士的要求越来越严格,越来越系统化,尤其是对于外科手术患者实施整体护理,需要护士有更高的素质、业务水平、能力和耐心,还要注重护理服务的方式、态度。整体护理贯穿于人的疾病和健康的全过程,提供患者全方面的护理,解决所存在的各种护理问题。关键词:普外科护理单元 实施 整体护理

Abstract:Along with the nursing development,is more and more strict to nurses request,more and more systematized,in particular implements whole nursing regarding the surgical operation patient,needs the nurse to have a higher quality,the vocational level,ability and the patience,but also must pay great attention to the nursing service the way,the manner.Whole nursing passes through Yu Ren the disease and the health entire process,provides the patient the entire aspect nursing,solves each kind of nursing problem which exists.
