中药水疗在烧伤康复治疗中的应用(1)
摘要：目的：通过中药水疗对烧伤康复期患者创面、关节活动度、睡眠质量、瘢痕瘙痒和皮肤新生等方面影响的研究，探索出一种新的烧伤康复治疗方式。方法：回顾性分析42例大面积(27.5%TBSA～95%TBSA)烧伤患者用中药水疗对其进行康复治疗，1次/天，分别记录患者自我感受、睡眠质量、关节活动度、2月后的关节功能恢复情况和瘢痕的软化和抑制情况。结果：中药水疗能控制瘢痕瘙痒，抑制瘢痕增生，增加关节活动度，彻底清洁创面，软化和平整修复瘢痕，促进皮肤新生，提高患者生活自理能力。结论：中药水疗能有效促进烧伤康复，是抑制瘢痕增生，控制瘢痕瘙痒，软化和平整修复瘢痕，提高睡眠质量，促进功能恢复，改善心理状态的有效康复治疗方法。关键词：中药水疗 烧伤康复 康复治疗 应用

Abstract：Objective： Through the Chinese native medicine hydrotherapy to the burn convalescence patient injured area,the joint activity,the sleep quality,the scar sao itches the research which with aspects and so on skin new student affects,explores one new burn recovery treatment way. Methods：Reviews the analysis 42 example big area (27.5%TBSA~95%TBSA) burn patient to carry on the recovery treatment with the Chinese native medicine hydrotherapy to it,1/day,after records the patient self-feeling,the sleep quality separately,the joint activity,February joint function restores the situation and the scar conditioning and the suppression situation. Results： The Chinese native medicine hydrotherapy can control the scar sao to itch,the suppression scar proliferation,increases the joint activity,the thorough clean injured area,the conditioning and the smooth repair scar,promote the skin new student,enhances the patient to live takes care of oneself ability.
