68例乳腺癌根治术后系统康复护理体会(1)
摘要：目的：探讨乳腺癌根治术后系统康复护理的有效措施及方法。方法： 对我院2008年1月～2010年1月乳腺癌(早中期)根治术后的68例患者，由专人负责，从入院到出院进行一对一的系统康复护理。结果： 术后1个月及6个月进行随访，本组上肢淋巴水肿2例，肩关节运动受损0例，肌力下降0例，运动后快速疲劳0例，精细运动障碍3例，其他患者术后恢复均较满意。结论： 系统康复护理及功能锻炼是乳腺癌根治术成功的重要环节之一，可大大改善患肢的功能，减少并发症，提高患者的生存质量。关键词：乳腺癌 根治术后 系统康复护理 功能锻炼

Abstract:Objective:Discusses breast cancer root governing skill the system recovery nursing effective action and the method. Methods:After my courtyard in January,2008 ~2010 year in January breast cancers (early intermediate stage) the root governing skill 68 example patient,is responsible by the specialist,from is hospitalized to carry on a pair of system recovery nursing to the out of hospital. Results:The technique latter 1 month and 6 months carries on the revisit,this group of upper limb lymph dropsy 2 examples,the shoulder joint movement suffers injury 0 examples,the myo- strength drops 0 examples,after the movement the fast weary 0 examples,the fine movement barrier 3 examples,after other patient technique restore are satisfied. Conclusion:System recovery nursing and the function exercise are one of important links which breast cancer root governing skill succeeds,may improve the trouble extremity greatly the function,reduces the complication,improves patients survival quality. ......
