     摘要：二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，知识经济的核心内容是创新，创新决定着一个国家和民族的综合实力和竞争力。作为教学活动中起主导作用的教师，在教学过程中要挖掘有利于培养学生创新能力的各种因素，完成时代赋予我们的培养现代化建设合格人才的历史使命。
