人性化服务在门诊挂号的运用

     摘要:目的:探讨门诊部在挂号中提倡人性化服务的过程和方法。要求:针对门诊部患者的特殊性,全面贯彻人性化服务,在环境中更加人性化的同时,着重提高护理人员专业技能,改善服务态度,提高服务质量,从而打造良好的就医环境。结果: 解除了患者焦虑,恐惧的情绪,满足了患者生理、心理、社会精神方面的合理要求,充分让患者感受到了人性化的护理服务。

    Abstract:The goal discussion outpatient clinic advocates the user friendly service in the registration the process and the method.Request:In view of the outpatient clinic patients particularity,implements the user friendly service comprehensively,while the environment even more user friendly,enhances the nursing staff specialized skill emphatically,the improvement service attitude,improves the grade of service,thus makes good goes see a doctor the environment.Results:Relieved the patient to be anxious,the frightened mood,has satisfied the patient physiology,psychological,the social energetic aspect reasonable request,let the patient feel the user friendly nursing service fully. ......
