摘要： 胃溃疡穿孔的误诊原因往往是临床医师在病史收集、体格检查、辅助检查、临床观察、病情分析及鉴别诊断六个阶段上存在疏忽大意。但其根本原因还是临床医生主观上存在错误的判断、治疗和各种检查结果客观上的误差所产生。现将我院2006年1月—2010年9月收治的12例胃溃疡穿孔病人(其中误诊3例误诊率25%)进行分析、总结。

    Abstract:The gastric ulcer perforation error diagnostic reason often is clinician in the medical history collection,the medical examination,the assistance inspection,the clinical observation,the condition analysis and the distinction diagnoses in six stages to exist carelessly.But its basic reason clinician on subjective has the wrong judgment,the treatment and each kind of inspection result objective on error produces.Presently 12 example gastric ulcers which in January,2006 - September,2010 admits my courtyard perforate the patient (to misdiagnose 3 example error diagnostics rate 25%) to carry on the analysis,the summary.
