浅议老年高血压病人的抗高血压治疗
摘要：目的：总结老年高血压病的特点。方法：对我院收治的120例老年原发性高血压病例进行分析。结果：患者均达到了初定的目标血压，1级多数轻度高血压患者需应用1～2种降压药物，少数需联合应用3种药物以达到初定目标血压；2级少数中度高血压患者需联合使用2种降压药物，多数需联合应用3种药物方能达到目标血压。结论：把握用药指征，积极用药治疗，可提高患者生活质量，减少并发症。关键词：原发性高血压 治疗 体会

Abstract:Objective :Summary old age hypertension gets sick characteristic. Methods :Carries on the analysis to my courtyard admitting 120 example old age primary hypertension case of illness. Results :The patient had achieved initially decides the goal blood pressure,1 level of most mild patients with elevated blood pressure must apply 1~2 voltage dropping resistor medicines,minority must apply 3 medicines to achieve jointly initially decides the goal blood pressure; 2 level of minority moderate patients with elevated blood pressure must use 2 voltage dropping resistor medicines jointly,most must apply 3 medicine object spaces to be able jointly to achieve the goal blood pressure.
