摘要：目的：探讨乳腺黏液癌的分子分型特点,为乳腺黏液癌的个体化治疗提供参考。方法： 收集400例乳腺癌病例中的 7例黏液癌，总结其临床特点、治疗方式、病理特点及其预后与分子分型的关系。结果： 7例女性乳腺黏液癌患者中分子分型6例luminal A型，1例三阴性型；病理分型5例单纯型，混合型2例；TNM分期6例Ⅰ～ⅡA期，1例ⅢA期。5例行改良根治术，2例行保乳根治术；6例luminal A型的均行内分泌治疗，其中5例单纯型的未行化疗。7例经 1～5年的随访，随访率100%，7例在1～5年的随访过程中均无瘤生存。结论： 单纯型的乳腺黏液癌，分子分型均为luminal A型，TNM分期早，可采用与普通乳腺癌不同的个体化治疗方案取得较好疗效。

    Abstract：Objective： To explore molecular typing characteristics of breast mucinous carcinoma，for the treatment of breast cancer mucus provide a reference.Methods:2001.1-2008.12 collected in our hospital treated 400 cases of breast cancer cases in the seven cases of mucinous carcinoma,Summing up the clinical characteristics,treatment modalities,pathological features and prognosis of the relationship with the molecular typing.Results? 7 cases of female breast cancer patients with mucin molecular typing of six cases of luminal A type,1 case 3-negative type; pathological classification of five cases of simple type,mixed type in 2 cases; TNM staging six cases of Ⅰ ～ Ⅱ A period of one cases of phase Ⅲ A.5modified radical mastectomy,two regular radical breast-conserving surgery; 6 cases of luminal A type underwent endocrine therapy,including 5 cases of simple type of non-line chemotherapy.7 cases with a 5-year follow-up,follow-up rate was 100%,7 cases in a 5-year follow-up process there was no survival.Conclusion:Pure-type mucinous breast cancer,molecular typing were luminal A type,TNM staging early breast cancer can be used with a different normal individual to achieve better treatment efficacy. ......
