妇产科护理纠纷及防范措施
摘要： 由于近年来医疗卫生事业的改革，使得医疗卫生事业有了很大发展，随着医疗体制的改革，使得人的法律意识增强了，护患纠纷随之增多，加之医学技术的复杂性、治疗过程中的高风险性、治疗对象的非选择性及操作常规的稍不完善即可致使妇产科尤其产科的医疗纠纷在国内各地、各医院的各科室中均排居前位,产科以病情复杂、影响愈后的不定因素对母婴安全的威胁更大,产科牵系着社会稳定和家庭幸福,因此重视医疗护理安全是保证医疗程序正常运行、科室发展及医护人员自身安危的前提,医护人员应从薄弱环节入手运用医疗护理知识和规章制度来防范医疗护理纠纷的发生。关键词： 护理纠纷 防范措施
