摘要：目的:观察臂丛神经麻醉下肩关节松解术配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:34例患肩周炎的患者在臂丛麻醉下通过手法松解关节粘连,术后配合推拿治疗。结果：大多数患者经治疗后效果满意,病情明显改善。结论：采用臂丛麻醉下进行肩关节炎的治疗,病人痛苦小,疗效确切,值得推广。

    Abstract:Objective:Observes under the arm clump of nerve anaesthesia the shoulder joint lysis coordination massage technique to treat the bursitis in shoulder the curative effect.
