摘要：性激素替代治疗(Hormone Replacement Therapy,HRT)迄今已有70多年的历史，由Geict和Spielment在1932年首创使用。目前HRT已广泛应用于围绝经期妇女及绝经期妇女，以改善围绝经期症状和泌尿生殖道萎缩症状、减少骨质疏松、预防心血管疾病与老年性痴呆的发生，从而提高生存质量及延长寿命。由于许多妇科恶性肿瘤的发生与女性激素尤其是雌激素密切相关，目前对于HRT是否诱发妇科恶性肿瘤以及手术后的恶性肿瘤患者为改善症状能否应用HRT，已成争论的焦点。HRT的风险评价依然是我们所关注的问题。

    Abstract:The sex hormone substitution treatment (Hormone Replacement Therapy,HRT) had more than 70 years history until now,originated the use by Geict and Spielment in 1932.At present HRT widely has applied in encircles the menopause woman and the menopause woman,improves encircles the menopause symptom and the uropoiesis genital tract atrophy symptom,reduction osteoporosis,prevention cardiovascular disease and the senile dementia occurrence,thus enhancement survival quality and extension life.Because many gynecology department m alignant tumor occurrence and female hormones in particular estrogen close correlation,at present after HRT whether induces the gynecology department m alignant tumor as well as the surgery m alignant tumor patient whether applies HRT for the improvement symptom,has become the argument the focal point.The HRT risk assessment still is our matter of concern. ......
