摘要：本文应用现代康复医学理念提出肢体残疾在临床治疗中应以提高整体功能为目的；主张肢残康复方案应该包括对肢体残疾的患者进行功能障碍的评价。对肢体残疾患者预防并发症的护理,残存功能的训练指导。协助和指导生活自理的护理及ADL的训练，中医传统医术推拿针灸，才能提高疗效，才是肢体残疾临床康复的方向。
