谈谈如何根据小儿的生理特点合理用药

     摘要：小儿从解剖结构到生理和生化功能都处于不断发育的时期，小儿的药动学和药效学特征与成人相比差异显著，应根据小儿身体的特殊性及药物在体内的药动学和药效学特点选择用药，严格遵守小儿用药的基本原则。

    Abstract :The young child all is in the time from the dissection structure to the physiology and the biochemistry function which grows unceasingly,young childs medicine kinematics and pharmacodynamics characteristic and the adult compares the difference to be remarkable,should act according to the young child body the particularity and the medicine in vivo medicine kinematics and pharmacodynamics characteristic choice medication,strictly observes the basic principle which the young child applies drugs.
