摘要：重型颅脑损伤是当今颅脑损伤治疗的重点，不论是原发性颅脑损伤，还是继发性颅脑损伤，其最终会导致颅内压急剧升高。外伤性颅内血肿，在闭合性颅脑损伤中占10%左右，在重型颅脑损伤中占40-50%。在其早期，急诊手术治疗是减少或去除颅内高压的重要举措。我院自2007年1月至2010年7月为122例重型颅脑损伤病人进行开颅手术，现总结报告如下。
