老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后的护理
摘要：股骨颈骨折多发于老年人，与骨质疏松导致的骨质量下降有关。因骨折部位特殊，病程长，导致行动障碍，使患者生活能力、自理能力下降，加上骨折后需较长时间卧床，易引起一些危及生命的并发症，我科自2009-2010年收治。例；颈骨折行手术，治疗患者通过主动性的护理干预和针对病人的个体化护理，取得了良好的效果。关键词:老年股骨颈骨折 髋关节置换术 护理

Abstract:The thighbone neck bone fracture sends much in the senior citizen,osteoporosis causes the ossein quantity with to drop related.Because the bone fracture spot is special,the course of an illness is long,causes the motion barrier,causes the patient viability,to take care of oneself ability to drop,after in addition the bone fracture must the long time bed,easy cause the complication which some endanger life,my branch from 2009-2010 year admitting.Example; The neck bone fracture good surgery,treats the patient through the initiative nursing intervention and in view of patients individuation nursing,has obtained the good effect.
