摘要：髋关节置换的目的就是通过关节置换手术重新获得一个无痛、能够活动的关节。人工髋关节置换术被认为是效果非常肯定的治疗方法，但其手术的效果受患者年龄、体质、病变性质、并发症及护理等因素的影响，特别是术后并发症直接关系到手术的成败，因此早期并发症的预防及护理极其重要。

    Abstract:The coxa replaces the goal is replaces the surgery through the joint to obtain one the joint which does not have the pain,can move.The artificial coxa replaces the technique to consider is the effect extremely affirmative method of treatment,but its surgery effect factor and so on patient age,physique,pathological change nature,complication and nursing influences,after specially the technique the complication directly relates the surgery the success or failure,therefore the early complication prevention and nursing is extremely important.
