护理配合根管治疗术的临床探讨
摘要：目的：探讨护士在口腔科根管治疗术中的护理配合方法。方法：选择100例患有急、慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎、牙髓牙周综合征的病人，在根管治疗中采用四手操作方法进行护理的配合治疗，护理配合方法主要为：病人的管理、物品的准备、材料的调配、器械传递与整理，及时处理患者的唾液、水和其他废弃物等。结果：根管治疗术在科学的护理下可顺利完成。结论：护士精湛的口腔护理技术和良好的职业道德，是根管治疗术顺利完成的基础。关键词：根管治疗术 护理 配合

Abstract:Objective:Discusses nurses in oral cavity branch root canal iatrotechnics nursing coordination method. Methods :Chooses 100 examples to contract the patient who anxious,the chronic endodontitis,slow true character point Zhou Yan,the dental pulp tooth week synthesis drafts,uses four hand control methods in the root canal treatment to carry on nursing the coordinate treatment,the nursing coordination method mainly is:Patients management,the goods preparation,the material mix,the instrument transmission and the reorganization,processes patients saliva,the water and other rejects promptly and so on.
