摘要：探讨人流后月经过少的病因病机、诊断特点、辨证论治，从中西医两方面进行了阐述，认为临床上多以肾虚血瘀为多见，辨证论治应以养血益阴、补肾生精、活血调经为治则，同时强调宫腔镜对该病的应用价值。提出本病应以预防为主。
