摘要：萎缩性胃炎是以胃粘膜固有腺萎缩为突出病变。主要症状有胃痛、口干、胀气、易倦等，结合胃镜检查临床分为肝胃不和型、胃阴不足型、脾胃虚寒型、脾胃湿热型、胃络瘀血型，治疗法则主要以和胃、健脾、理气、止痛为主，辅以饮食调理，以达到标本兼治。
