输液室的安全隐患与护理对策(1)
摘要：护理安全是指护理服务过程中，不因护理失误或过失而使病人的机体组织、生理机能、心理健康受到损害，甚至发生残疾或死亡。随着公众健康知识水平的提高，法制意识的增强，护理工作者面临着如何加强护理风险管理、减少差错事故发生、提高护理质量、促进护理服务安全的重要课题。门诊输液室因医务人员工作责任心、技术水平、服务意识等各不相同，患者具有流动性大、逗留时间较短、年龄差距大、病情复杂多变、用药种类繁多等特点，加之管理容易疏漏等因素，护理安全隐患非常突出，笔者结合在输液室工作的体会，特对输液室护理安全隐患进行排查并提出对策。关键词：输液室 安全隐患 护理对策
