糖尿病足的危险因素及护理干预措施
摘要：糖尿病足(Diabetic Foot，DF)是糖尿病(diabetes mellitus，DM)综合因素引起的足部疼痛、皮肤深溃疡、肢端坏疽等病变总称，是糖尿病慢性并发症之一。糖尿病血管病变和神经病变是引起糖尿病脚合并症的基本原因，糖尿病人的脚特别容易发生血管和神经病变，糖尿病血管和神经病变互相影响而引起一系列临床脚病，包括足趾疾病，胼胝形成，皮肤损害和脚溃疡，肌肉骨骼病变导致足变形。一般认为，80%的糖尿病足可通过教育和护理而得到预防。关键词：糖尿病足 护理 干预

Abstract:Diabetes foot (Diabetic Foot,DF) is diabetes (diabetes mellitus,DM) synthesizes pathological changes and so on foot ache,skin deep ulcer,extremity gangrene which the factor causes always stated that,is one of diabetes chronic complications.Diabetes blood vessel pathological change and the nerve pathological change are cause the diabetes foot complications basic reason,diabetic patients foot are specially easy to have the blood vessel and the nerve pathological change,diabetes blood vessel and the nerve pathological change mutual influence cause a series of near the bed leg sickness,including the tip of toe disease,the callus formation,the skin harm and foot ulcer,the muscle skeleton pathological change causes the foot distortion.Believed generally that,80% diabetes may fully obtain the prevention through the education and nursing. ......
