摘要：眼压测量是诊断青光眼及眼压升高性眼病的一个必不可少的手段，随着眼压测量技术的发展，目前在临床上以Goldmann压平眼压计(GAT)和非接触式眼压计(NCT)的应用比较广泛。当非接触眼压计眼压值为临界眼压时,需要应用Goldmann压平眼压计来校正,以便及时发现病理性的眼压升高,避免青光眼的漏诊和失治。Goldmann压平眼压计是国际上用以测量眼压的“金标准”眼压计，它利用测压头压平角膜来进行间接的眼内压测量(根据Imbert-Fick原理：Pt(眼内压)＝W(压平角膜的外力)/A(压平面积)而推算)。尽管如此，其准确性依然受到许多因素的影响。但有些因素有可能通过护理干预解决，针对测量的影响因素，采取相关的干预措施，提高Goldmann压平眼压计测量的准确性和可靠性。
