摘要：妊娠合并心脏病包括：①妊娠合并先天性心脏病；②妊娠合并风湿性心脏病；③妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病；④妊娠合并心肌病等，是一种严重的妊娠合并症，我国发病率约为1.06%，是导致孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。占孕产妇死亡原因的第二位，为非直接产科死因第一位。为了降低孕产妇和围生儿病死率，必须加强护理和监测。

    Abstract:Pregnancy merge heart disease includes:①Pregnancy merge congenital heart disease;②The pregnancy merges the rheumatic heart disease;③Gestation period hypertension disease heart disease;④The pregnancy merge myocardiopathy and so on,is one kind of serious pregnancy complications,our country disease incidence rate is approximately 1.06%,is causes one of primary causes which the pregnant woman died.Occupies the pregnant woman cause of death second,for non-direct obstetrics cause of death first.In order to reduce the pregnant woman and encircles lives the case fatality rate,must strengthen nursing and the monitor.
