摘要：异位妊娠是指受精卵在子宫体腔外着床，俗称宫外孕，是妇科常见急腹症之一，近年来发病率逐年提高，约占妊娠的1.5%。随着现代科学技术的提高,阴道彩超及血HCG在临床中的应用，手术治疗不再是异位妊娠的最佳治疗方法。为了保护输卵管的功能，保留生殖能力，减轻异位妊娠造成的伤害和后遗症，异位妊娠保守治疗的方法得到越来越多的推广运用，而在治疗期间合理的临床护理对异位妊娠保守治疗起到重要作用。

    Abstract:The extrauterine pregnancy is refers to the fertilized egg outside the womb body cavity the bed,outside the popular name palace is being pregnant,is one of gynecology department common acute abdominal pains,in recent years the disease incidence rate year by year enhanced,composition pregnancy 1.5%.Along with the modern science and technology enhancement,the vagina color ultra and blood HCG in the clinical application,the surgery treats no longer is the extrauterine pregnancy best method of treatment.In order to protect the oviduct the function,retention reproduction ability,reduces the injury and the sequela which the extrauterine pregnancy creates,the extrauterine pregnancy conservative treatment method obtains the more and more many promoted utilization,but treats the vital role conservatively in treatment period reasonable clinical nursing to the extrauterine pregnancy. ......
