摘要：惊厥是脑功能紊乱导致神经元异常放电，引起全身或局部肌群突然发生的不随意收缩，常伴有意识障碍。小儿高热惊厥是儿科常见急症之一，多见于6个月~6岁患儿，尤以3岁以内儿童多见，其发病率为3%~4%，且复发率为30%~40%。若处理不当可引起脑损伤、智力障碍甚至癫痫，给小儿与家庭带来极大伤害。因此,及时抢救、积极对症治疗及有效护理尤为重要。

    Abstract:The convulsion is the brain function disorder causes the neuron exceptionally to discharge,causes the whole body or the partial myo- group occurs suddenly contracts not at will,often is accompanied by consciousness barrier.The young child high fever convulsion is one of department of pediatrics common acute diseases,sees in 6 month ~6 year old of trouble,the child sees especially by 3 years old in,its disease incidence rate is 3%~4%,also the recurrence rate is 30%~40%.If processing not when may cause the brain damage,intelligence barrier even epilepsy,brings the enormous injury for the young child and the family.Therefore,the prompt rescue,the positive just right for the illness treatment and effective nursing especially are important.
