摘要：静脉输液作为临床一项基本护理技术，以显效快捷的特点成了老年患者经常选择的临床治疗途径。老年人由于各器官的生理老化和机能退化，大部分都患有高血压、糖尿病、冠心病等慢性老年疾病，又都不同程度的出现管壁硬化、弹性差、皮肤松弛、血管细脆、回血慢等生理现象；同时还存在孤独、固执、自尊心增强、敏感等心理特点。所以临床护理老年输液患者，不仅要顺利完成基本的静脉穿刺，还要根据患者不同的心理特征，给予个性化的人文关怀，采取系统化的静脉保护措施，提高老年患者输液过程中的安全性和舒适性，从而促进患者的早日康复。

    Abstract:The venous transfusion took the clinical basic nursing technology,showed results the quick characteristic to become the clinical treatment way which the old age patient chose frequently.Because the senior citizen various organs physiological aging and the function degenerate,majority of all contracts hypertension,diabetes,coronary disease and so on chronic old age diseases,also all the varying degree appearance pipe wall hardens,the elasticity badly,the skin relaxation,the blood vessel thin crisp,returns to the blood slowly and so on the physiological phenomenon;Simultaneously also has lonely,tenacious,the self-respect strengthens,sensitively and so on the psychological characteristics.Therefore clinical nursing old age infusion patient,not only must complete the basic venipuncture smoothly,but also must act according to the patient different psychology characteristic,gives personalized the humanities concern,adopts systematized the vein protective measures,enhances the old age patient to infuse in the process security and comfortableness,thus will promote the patient soon the recovery. ......
