糖尿病肾病的护理体会
摘要：糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy，DN)是糖尿病常见的并发症之一，也是糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因。糖尿病肾病是多种因素综合作用所致，包括血糖控制不佳、遗传因素、过量摄入蛋白质、高血压、血小板功能亢进、肾脏血流动力学异常、结构异常以及吸烟等。糖尿病肾病一旦形成，治疗十分困难，如何通过有效的护理，保护糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能，减缓肾损害的进展，是临床上研究的重要课题。关键词：糖尿病肾病 护理体会

Abstract:Diabetes nephrosis (diabetic nephropathy,DN) is one of diabetes common complications,also is the important reason which the diabetic died.Diabetes nephrosis is many kinds of factor combined action result,including the blood sugar control not good,the heredity factor,excessive takes in the protein,hypertension,the blood platelet function hyperfunction,kidney blood stream dynamics exceptionally,the structure exceptionally as well as smoking and so on.Once diabetes nephrosis forms,the treatment is extremely difficult,how through effective nursing,protects diabetes nephrosis patients kidney function,slows down the kidney harm the progress,is important topic which on clinical studies. ......
