摘要：上消化道是指屈氏韧带以上的消化道，上消化道出血是上消化道疾病的严重并发症，尤其是上消化道大出血，主要表现为呕血、便血和不同程度的周围循环衰竭，如处理不当可危及生命。临床护理在治疗过程中具有重要作用，做好护理工作，是促进疾病好转、延长出血周期、减少出血次数的重要措施之一。

    Abstract:On the digestive tract refers to Qu the ligament above digestive tract,the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is on the digestive tract disease serious complication,on the digestive tract massive hemorrhage,the main performance for spits up blood in particular,having blood in stool and the varying degree periphery circulatory failure,if processing not when may endanger life.Clinical nursing has the vital role in the course of treatment,completes the nursing work,is promotes disease to change for the better,the extension hemorrhage cycle,one of reduced hemorrhage number of times important measures.
