一例Ⅳ期压疮患者的护理体会(1)
摘要：压疮，是身体局部组织长期受压，血液循环障碍，局部组织持续缺血、缺氧，营养缺乏，致使皮肤失去正常功能，引起组织的损伤和坏死。是长期卧床患者皮肤出现的最严重的问题，是一种常见并发症。随着社会日益老龄化、疾病谱的改变，压疮发生率不但没有下降反而呈上升趋势，随着心脑血管疾病发病率的增高，瘫痪患者日趋增多，压疮发生时如何做好压疮的护理，减轻患者的痛苦，防止感染扩散是我们护理工作者面临的难题之一。关键词：Ⅳ期压疮患者 护理体会
