摘要：急性心肌梗死(AMI)为内科常见急症，起病急骤，变化迅速，常并发心衰、休克与心律失常，是心脏猝死的主要原因。如在发病早期得到及时处理，可以减少梗死范围和并发症的发生，是降低AMI死亡率的关键。实践中，我们认识到对AMI病人进行有效护理是救治成功的关键之一。

    Abstract:Acute cardiac arrest (AMI) is the internal medicine department common acute disease,gets up gets sick rapidly,the change is rapid,often and makes a vow fades,the shock and the arrythmia,is the heart sudden death primary cause.If obtains prompt processing in the morbidity early time,may reduce the stem dead scope and the complication occurrence,is reduces the AMI mortality rate the key.In the practice,we realized to carries on effective nursing to the AMI patient is treats and cures one of successful keys.
