摘要：慢性泪囊炎为眼科临床常见病,多见于女性成人及老年人。它以鼻泪管阻塞、泪囊感染、溢泪、溢脓为特点，其治疗原则是重新建立鼻内引流通道，解除阻塞，消除感染。既往多采用经鼻外内眦部行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，随着鼻内窥镜的问世和内窥镜鼻窦外科的发展,近年来内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术，这项技术已成为手术治疗慢性泪囊炎的新途径。关键词：鼻内镜 慢性泪囊炎 护理
