浅谈对癌症病人的心理护理
摘要：癌症是威胁人类生命最严重的疾病之一。癌症本身是一种恶性刺激，对病人产生严重的心理影响，加重了恐惧、疑虑、忧郁、绝望情绪反应。面对癌症的威胁，病人要经过一个对疾病理解并接受治疗的复杂心理适应过程。病人身心均遭受巨大的痛苦。护士通过为病人提供关于癌症的治疗信息，并且运用交流技巧给病人亲切的关怀、安慰，同时加强对家属的沟通，取得家属的理解和支持，帮助病人建立积极情绪，树立坚强的意志，使病人重燃生活的希望，可促进病人对这一紧张状态的调整。这些是战胜癌症的重要精神支柱。关键词：癌症病人 心理护理

Abstract:Cancer is threatens one of human life most serious diseases.Cancer itself is one m alignant stimulation,has the serious psychological influence to the patient,aggravated the fear,the anxiety,melancholily,has despaired the mood response.Facing cancer threat,the patient must pass through to disease to understand and to accept the treatment the complex psychological adaptation process.The patient body and mind suffers the huge pain.The nurse through provides for the patient about cancer treatment information,and utilization exchange skill for patient kind concern,comfort,simultaneously strengthens to family members communication,obtains family members understanding and the support,helps the patient to establish the positive mood,sets up the strong will,causes the patient to burn the life again the hope,may promote the patient to this tense condition adjustment.These are defeats cancer the important spiritual prop. ......
