摘要：目的：探讨对重症肝炎患者及时观察并采取相应护理措施的效果。方法：回顾性分析21例重症肝炎的临床观察及护理。结果：治愈10例，好转5例，转院2例，病情恶化自动出院1例，死亡2例，住院时间2-53天。结论：对重症肝炎患者进行及时观察并采取相应护理措施，可预防并发症的发生、改善预后、降低病死率。

    Abstract:Objective:The discussion observes and takes the corresponding nursing measure promptly to the critically ill hepatitis patient the effect.Methods:Review analysis 21 example critically ill hepatitis clinical observation and nursing.Results:Cures 10 examples,changes for the better 5 examples,transfers the courtyard 2 examples,the aggravation of disease leaves the hospital automatically 1 example,died 2 examples,in hospital time 2-53 day.Conclusion:Carries on to the critically ill hepatitis patient observes and takes the corresponding nursing measure promptly,may prevent the complication the occurrence,the improvement prognosis,reduces the case fatality rate.
