摘要：三妙丸源于《医宗正传》，药物有黄柏、苍术、川牛膝组成，具有清利下焦湿热功效，主治两脚麻木，痿证，丹毒等。笔者在肛肠科临床实践中，根据不同病证，酌情加味，改作汤剂，治疗湿热下注所致肛周脓肿，肛窦炎，混合痔水肿等，取得较好疗效。

    Abstract:Three wonderful pill sources in "Medical Ancestor Main story",the medicine have the cork,the dark green technique,the Achyranthes Bidentata composition,has the peaceful and quiet lower burner hot and damp effect,mainly treats two feet to be numb,atrophy card,erysipelas and so on.The author in the rectum branch clinical practice,according to the different sickness card,uses judgment to add the taste,recasts the decoction,treatment hot and damp bottom pouring result crissum abscess,the anal sinusitis,mix hemorrhoids dropsy and so on,obtains the good curative effect.
