摘要：基因诊断技术是以探测基因的存在，分析基因的类型和缺陷及其表达功能是否正常，从而达到诊断疾病的一种技术方法。近年来,随着以基因工程为核心的现代生物工程的巨大进步,加快了整个医学界的发展。同时因此基因技术在各种疾病的诊断与治疗中应用广泛。基因诊断方法与传统的诊断方法相比，有着显著的优越性。由于各种优点，基因诊断技术已应用于许多临床疾病的诊断。本文就基因诊断技术的临床应用进行探讨。
