摘要：胫骨远端骨折，临床上十分常见，治疗以手法复位外固定及牵引等传统方法，效果不理想，我科从2006年6月—2008年6月采用手术切开复位，解剖钢板螺钉内固定治疗39例，取得满意疗效，报告如下。

    Abstract:The shinbone far-end bone fracture,on clinical is extremely common,treats by the technique replacement outside fixed and traditional methods and so on hauling,the effect is not ideal,my branch - June,2008 uses the surgery from June,2006 to cut open the replacement,dissects in the steel plate bolt to treat 39 examples fixedly,obtains satisfaction curative effect,the report is as follows.
