股骨近端锁定接骨板治疗股骨转子间骨折36例临床分析
摘要：目的：探讨应用股骨近端锁定接骨板治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2008年5月~2010年5月在我院接受股骨近端锁定接骨板手术治疗的36例股骨转子间骨折患者的临床资料。结果：经手术后所有患者骨折均顺利愈合，无切口感染、退钉及髋内翻畸形发生。黄公怡疗效评定：优良率为91.7%。结论：股骨近端锁定接骨板符合内固定生物力学发展规律，通过3枚近端锁定松质骨拉力钉，将股骨头与股骨上端采用多点固定，抗旋转能力强，对股骨颈内骨质血运影响较小，骨折愈合率高，并发症少，是股骨转子间骨折患者，尤其是骨质疏松的老年患者的一种理想的手术方法。关键词：股骨转子间骨折 锁定接骨板 骨折固定术
