摘要：为更好的适应新的医学模式及系统化整体护理的需要，把“人本观念”引入临床护理带教工作中，本文阐述了人本主义概念，并结合临床从带教老师和护生两方面阐述了人本观念在临床的具体运用方法。使“以人为本”的观念能够在护生迈入护理职业生涯之初就得以根植，从而培养出更适应时代需求的护理工作者。

    Abstract:For the better adaptation new medicine pattern and the systematized whole nursing need,“human this idea” in the introduction clinical nursing guidance and teaching work,this article elaborated humanism concept,and unified clinical and protects from guidance and teaching teacher lives two aspects to elaborate human this idea in the clinical concrete utilization method.Causes “humanist” the idea can in protect lives enters into at the beginning of the nursing professional profession to be able to be rooted in,thus raises adapts the time demand nursing worker.
