摘要：目的:探讨实施健康教育路径在永久起搏器植入患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法：设计健康教育路径表，严格按照路径进行健康教育。为保证健康教育的实用性、合理性、有效性，征求了专科医师意见，并结合患者对健康知识的需求，制定了永久起搏器植入术后的健康教育路径。内容包括：健康教育时间、教育内容、实施时间、签名。教育方式由管床护士根据患者具体情况或需求进行评估后，而采取合适的方法(口头、书面、多媒体)给予宣教。评价：管床护士根据健康教育路径表制定的时间评价，护理组长不定期进行评价，护士长在患者出院前1~2天进行全面的评价。 结果：患者能全面掌握永久起搏器植入术后的健康教育内容，从而提高患者的生活质量，有利于提升患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。结论：健康教育路径是实施健康教育的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective:The discussion implementation health education way implants in the patient health education in the permanent actuator the application effect.Methods:Designs the health education way table,strictly carries on the health education according to the way.In order to guarantee the health education the usability,the rationality,the validity,have solicited faculty doctors the opinion,and unifies the patient to the healthy knowledge demand,after has formulated the permanent actuator implantation health education way.The content includes: Health education time,education content,implementation time,signature.The education way carries on the appraisal by the tube bed nurse after the patient special details or the demand,but adopts the appropriate method (oral,written,multimedia) gives the propaganda.The appraisal tube bed nurse acts according to the health education way table formulation the time appraisal before,nurses group leader to carry on the appraisal non-periodically,head nurse leaves the hospital 1~2 day in the patient to carry on the comprehensive appraisal.After finally the patient can grasp the permanent actuator implantation comprehensively the health education content,thus improves patients quality of life,is advantageous in promotes the patient and the family member to nurses the work the degree of satisfaction.Conclusion:The health education way is the implementation health education effective method.

目前，植入永久起搏器作为治疗严重缓慢型心律失常和部分快速型心律失常等疾病的一种有效治疗手段，已广泛应用于临床，永久起搏器一旦被植入患者体内，它将成为患者生命与健康的重要保障，对患者进行正确、详实的健康教育，有助于康复和提高生存质量，我科应用健康教育路径对患者实施健康教育，取得了较好的效果。
