护士职业防护的教育探讨
摘要：由于受当前医疗职业防护现状的制约，护士中仍存在对职业暴露认识不足、防范意识差以及医疗防护措施使用不到位等问题。为了改善这种现状，护理管理者应从加强护士的职业防护教育人手，尤其重视护士职业防护教育中的基本防护管理，使她们养成从身边小事做起的习惯，关注工作中的每一个细节，积极有效地开展自身职业防护，最大限度地保障护士的职业安全。关键词：护士职业防护 教育探讨

Abstract:Because the current medical occupation protection present situation restriction,in the nurse still exists to the occupation exposition understanding insufficiency,the guard consciousness difference as well as the medical service protective measure use does not arrive and so on question.In order to improve this kind of present situation,nurses the superintendent to be supposed from to strengthen nurses occupation protection education manpower,takes in the nurse occupation protection education especially the basic protection management,causes them to form the habit which starts from the side minor matter,in attention work each detail,effectively carries out own occupation protection positively,maximum limit safeguards nurses occupational safety. ......
