摘要：目的：通过对护工的问卷调查,了解手术室护工的职业安全防护意识,制定并实施规范管理和的培训方案,以此加强手术室护工的职业安全。方法：对2008-2009年在我院手术室工作的41名护工，随机分成2组，实验组采用规范的管理与培训，对照组采用传统的管理与岗前培训，观察护工的职业安全。结果：采用规范管理与培训能有效提高手术室护工的职业安全，与传统的岗前培训比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：规范管理与培训规范手术室护工的管理、有效提高手术室护工的职业安全，杜绝安全事故的发生。
