摘要：随着人民群众维权意识的增强，人们对自己的就医权和知情权越来越重视，对医务人员服务的要求也愈来愈高，一旦医疗服务不能令患者满意，投诉和医疗纠纷就易产生。如何正确处理及有效防范医患纠纷的发生，是医院所面临的一个新的挑战。本文旨在对医患纠纷发生的原因进行分析，提出如何防范和处理医患纠纷的对策。

    Abstract:Along with people Uygur power consciousness enhancement,the people to own go see a doctor the power and the right to know more and more take,serves the request to the medical personnel increasingly to be also high,once the medical service cannot make the patient to be satisfied,the suit and the medical dispute easy to produce.How correctly processes and the effective guard medicine trouble dispute occurrence,is a new challenge which the hospital faces.This article is for the purpose of the reason which occurs to the medical trouble dispute carrying on the analysis,proposed how guards against and the processing medicine trouble dispute countermeasure.
