摘要：安全是患者基本需要之一,患者是医院服务的对象。如何保障患者安全,减少医疗纠纷,是医院管理及每一位医护人员关注和探讨的热点问题。护理工作是医院活动重要组成部分,只要有护理活动,就必定存在护理风险,如何将临床护理工作中的风险降至最低,防患于未然,为患者提供安全、优质的服务尤为重要。务人员提出了更高的要求，因此减少护患纠纷，提高护理质量，就要切实做好护理风险防范。
