浅谈免疫接种和计划免疫概念的区别
摘要：乡镇预防保健所的职能除了管理辖区内的传染病防治、地方病防治、慢病建档管理、儿童健康保健、职业病监测、学校卫生管理、社区健康教育及行为干预等工作外，还有主要一大块工作，就是免疫接种和开展儿童计划免疫。笔者在日常工作中，经常会遇到一些社会群众，甚至一些非卫生防疫医务工作者的提问和咨询，他们对免疫接种和计划免疫两者的关系和概念混淆不清，存在一些疑惑，导致我们在开展日常工作时要费舌解释，有时还会出现关联的误识和误解。现就免疫接种和计划免疫这两个概念的区别作一些浅谈，以便大家有所了解和掌握。关键词：免疫接种 计划免疫 概念的区别

Abstract:The villages and towns prevent the clinic the function except to manage in the area of jurisdiction the infectious disease to prevent and control,endemic disease prevent and control,the slow sickness construct the files management,the child health health care,occupational disease monitor,school work and so on outside health management,community health education and behavior intervention,but also has the main bulk work,is the immunity vaccinates and develops the EPI.The author in the routine work,can meet some social populace frequently,even some non-hygienic guard medical workers inquiry and the consultation,they are unclear to the immunity vaccination and the planned immunization program both relations and the concept confusion,have some to have doubts,causes us when the development routine work want Fei She to explain,sometimes also can appear the connection to know by mistake with the misunderstanding.Presently makes some on the immunity vaccination and the planned immunization program these two concept difference to discuss shallowly,in order to everybody has the understanding and grasping. ......
