检验科对血液生化检验报告时间的临床调查分析

     摘要：目的：了解基层医院血液生化检验报告发出的时间。方法：设计一张回报时间(TAT)记录表，利用一个工作周抽查我院门诊和住院病人的生化检测从抽血到报告发出所需要的时间。结果：总TAT最短为70min，最长为220min。常规生化检测一般均可在上午12:00前完成并发出报告。结论：与大型医院相比，基层医院血液生化的TAT比较快。

    Abstract:Objective:Understood the basic unit hospital blood biochemistry examination report sends out time.Methods:Designs a repayment time (TAT) data sheet,uses a working week to spot-check my courtyard outpatient service and in-patients biochemistry examination from draws blood the time which the report sends out needs.Results:Total TAT most is short is 70min,the most length is 220min.The conventional biochemistry examination may in front of 12:00 complete and send out the report generally in the morning.Conclusion:Compares with the large-scale hospital,basic unit hospital blood biochemistry TAT quite is quick. ......
