神经内科老年住院病人跌倒原因分析及对策
摘要：跌倒是指不能控制地或故意地倒在地上或其他较低的平面上。跌倒是住院老年患者常见问题，可以导致严重的身体损伤，也是老年人受损伤后的死亡原因之一。跌倒不仅增加病人及家属的痛苦和负担，更会成为医患纠纷的隐患。而神经内科住院患者除年龄因素外，其自身疾病、药物影响和病情的特殊性使其发生跌倒的潜在危险性更高。因此，防止跌倒是护理风险管理中非常重要的一部分，现将我科2009年6月—2010年6月发生的病人跌倒情况进行总结，报道如下。关键词：老年住院病人 跌倒 分析及对策
