摘要：目的：观察药物结合社会心理治疗短暂性抽动障碍的疗效。方法：2008年1月至2010年3月诊治的70例短暂性抽动障碍分为治疗组38例和对照组32例。对照组给予氟哌啶醇每次0.67—1mg，每日2—3次，同时服等量的安坦。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合社会心理治疗。社会心理治疗主要是在治疗过程中通过多和家长、患儿谈心，并通过家长转告老师和同学们，达到给患儿一个减少压力的宽松的外界环境，消除患儿对疾病的顾虑，让患儿尽量避免紧张心理情绪。结果：治疗组显效率55.3%，有效率26.3%，总有效率81.6%，对照组显效率31.3%，有效率40.6%，总有效率71.9%。两组显效率比较差异有显著性意义(X2=4.00，p<0.05)，总有效率比较差异无显著性意义(X2=0.9，p>0.05)。 结论：药物结合社会心理治疗因注重外部因素的持续改善，缓解了患儿紧张心理，能更快地控制本病并减少病情反复加重及反复发病的机会，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of transient tic disorder treated with drugs and social psychotherapy

Abstract:Objective:Observe the curative effect of transient tic disorder treated with drugs and social psychotherapy.Method：70 patients diagnosed as transient tic disorder from January 2008 to March 2010 were divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases and 32 cases,respectively.Control group was given 0.67mg to 1mg of haloperidol and 2 or 3 times a day,while serving the same amount of Antan.The treatment group was treated with psychosocial treatment besides serving the same drug mentioned above.Psychosocial therapy aimed to reduce the press of children patients and construct a relaxed environment for them,eliminating their concerns of disease and preventing them from intension by way of talking to them and their parents as often as possible and informing their teachers and classmates their illness.Results：The marked efficacy rate,efficacy rate and total efficacy rate in treatment group was 55.3%,26.3% and 81.6% respectively while in control group was 31.3%,40.6% and 71.9% respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in marked efficacy rate between two groups (X2=4.00，p<0.05) while the difference in total efficacy rate between two groups was not significant(X2=0.9，p>0.05).Conclusions：Drugs combined with psychosocial treatment focus on external factors besides the effect of drugs.This treatment can relieve anxiety of children patients,control the disease more quickly and reduce the possibility of recurrence and aggravation of the disease.So it is worthy of clinical application.
