卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床研究
摘要：目的：观察卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法：将100例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例，观察组给予卡托普利治疗，同时口服硝苯地平控释片，对照组仅给予硝苯地平，共治疗16周，观察两组患者的血压改变情况及不良反应。结果：观察组的总有效率为94.6%，对照组的总有效率62.4%，经统计学处理，比较两组的总有效率，有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论：卡托普利联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压效果安全可靠，值得推广。关键词：卡托普利 硝苯地平 原发性高血压 临床研究

Abstract:Objectve: observes Catto Pulley to unite the niter benzene horizontal treatment primary hypertension the clinical effect.The method divides into stochastically the 100 example patients with elevated blood pressure the observation group and the control group,each 50 examples,the observation group gives Catto Pulley to treat,simultaneously takes orally the niter benzene horizontal to control releases the piece,the control group only gives the niter benzene horizontal,altogether treats 16 weeks,observes two group of patients blood pressure change situations and responded not good.Results:Observation groups total effectiveness is 94.6%,control groups total effectiveness 62.4%,after statistics processing,compared with two groups always effective,has statistics difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:Catto Pulley unites the niter benzene horizontal treatment primary hypertension effect safe reliable,is worth promoting. ......
