摘要：目的：老年患者运用腹腔镜胆囊切除术后加强呼吸道的护理，减少并发症，促进患者康复。方法：对30例老年患者术后保持呼吸道通畅，加强口腔护理，术后有效镇痛以及加强病房环境管理等措施。结果：30例患者术后恢复良好，未发生并发症。结论：老年患者腹腔镜手术后采取科学严谨的护理措施，就能减少术后并发症，是老年患者顺利康复的保证。

    Abstract:Objective:After the old age patient utilizes the peritoneoscope gallbladder excision method to strengthen the respiratory tract nursing,reduces the complication,promotes the patient to be restored to health.Methods:Maintains the respiratory tract after 30 example old age patient technique to be unobstructed,strengthens oral cavity nursing,after the technique eases the pain effectively as well as strengthens measures and so on hospital ward environment management.Results:After 30 example patient technique restores good,has not had the complication.Conclusion:After the old age patient peritoneoscope surgery takes the science rigorous nursing measure,after can reduce the technique the complication,is guarantee which the old age patient is restored to health smoothly. ......
